Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients are subjected to intensive chemotherapy, irradiation and antibiotics. It could affect the intestinal as well as oral microbiota. We determined the bacterial composition of the tongue microbiota of allo-HSCT recipients on the day of transplantation after conditioning regimens.
