To investigate the potential function of CN725425 in the regulation of spermatogenesis, we established CN725425-Knockout mouse line and obtained FACS-sorted LZ and PD spermatocytes from both CN725425+/- and CN725425-/- adult mice for RNA-seq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data of the mutant and control spermatocytes at those two stages.
