Consumption volume of sugar across India 2018/2019 -2023/2024

In 2023/2024, the overall domestic consumption volume of sugar was 30 million metric tons in India. The sugar consumption volume is gradually increasing since 2019/2020. During that year, over 28 million metric tons of sugar was produced in India.
