Videos for the PhD thesis “Investigating motion detection of aging zebrafish with optomotor response”

The videos were prepared for the PhD thesis “Investigating motion detection of aging zebrafish with optomotor response”. The main aim of the thesis was to investigate the age-related changes in the first- and second-order motion detection of aging zebrafish (wild-type/AB-strain and achesb55/+). The Videos 1 and 2 contain examples of the optomotor response (OMR) of larval zebrafish obtained during the pilot tests. The Video 3 shows a trial of second-order motion stimulation.
