人民星云农业保险大数据综合服务平台

一、系统功能：平台通过卫星、无人机航测，结合地面查勘，快速覆盖承保标的的损失程度、范围，提供可视化灾情分析图，包括灾害类型、损失程度、理赔等级、理赔面积等信息，科学定位不同灾害等级分布区域。平台对保险公司承保农作物的种植面积、分布、长势、品质、灾害等进行精准遥感监测和评估，为农业保险的承保、定价、理赔提供技术支持，提供每一块承保地块“遥感面积”与“投保面积”关联对比和验标，通过系统下单实现12小时内更新并对灾害区域解译、挖掘分析，有效为农业、林业、财产保险的遥感定损服务。
二、系统架构：云平台采用SAAS模式，根据用户需求定期数据解译分析，主要为农业保险公司提供全面的数据支持和服务。

1. System Functions
The platform rapidly covers the loss severity and scope of insured objects through satellite and UAV aerial surveys combined with ground survey, and provides visual disaster analysis maps including information such as disaster type, loss severity, claim level and claim area, so as to scientifically locate distribution areas of different disaster levels. The platform conducts accurate remote sensing monitoring and assessment on the planting area, distribution, growth status, quality and disasters of insured crops for insurance companies, providing technical support for underwriting, pricing and claim settlement of agricultural insurance. It also offers correlation comparison and verification between "remote sensing area" and "insured area" for each insured plot. Through system-based order placement, updates can be completed within 12 hours, and interpretation and data mining analysis of disaster areas can be carried out, effectively providing remote sensing loss assessment services for agricultural, forestry and property insurance.

The cloud platform adopts the SaaS mode, conducts regular data interpretation and analysis based on user needs, and mainly provides comprehensive data support and services for agricultural insurance companies.
