anndata object based on data reported in [1] as provided in MOSTA. The anndata object include embryo sections <code>E9.5 E2S1</code>, <code>E10.5 E2S1</code>. The <code>.X</code> entry is based on reprocessing of the <code>counts</code> data consisting of <code>normalize_total</code> and <code>log1p</code>. <code>mouse_embryo_early.h5ad</code> being uploaded to here, for documentation: anndata object based on data reported in [1] as provided in MOSTA.
