RNA Sequencing of Mrp8-Cre;TGFbR2-fl/fl Lung Neutrophils. RNA Sequencing of Mrp8-Cre;TGFbR2-fl/fl Lung Neutrophils

Purpose: The goal of this study is to examine how the specific loss of TGFbR2 (under Mrp8 promoter for Cre recombinase) changes the transcriptome of neutrophils in the lung compared to their wildtype littermates. Overall design: Lung neutrophils from Mrp8-Cre;TGFbR2-fl/fl (mutant) or Cre-negative TGFbR2-fl/fl littermate control mice (wt) [B6.Cg-Tg(S100A8-cre,-EGFP)1Ilw/J x B6;129-Tgfbr2tm1Karl/J] (N=3 per group) were purified by flow cytometry-assisted cell sorting, then submitted for bulk RNA sequencing.
