ELGO-DIMITRA maintains a registry of buyers-processors, milk collection cooperatives, as well as a milk producers' registry. Within this framework, it collects, processes, and manages data concerning the production and distribution of raw milk within the Greek Territory. The Organization ensures the systematic publication of these elements in the form of statistical data, aiming to provide reliable information to stakeholders and an objective representation of the activities within the dairy sector
