资源简介:
in this study, we investigated whether CB1R conditional knockout from peripheral sensory neurons (CB1cKO) in mice may present mechanical allodynia, thermal hyperalgesia and change transcriptome expression in dorsal root ganglion (DRG). Then, we determined the effect of chronic constriction injury (CCI) on pain behavior and transcriptome expression in the DRG of CB1cKO mice. Moreover, we screened and analyzed the DEGs and their functional pathways after CCI and revealed the downstream of the CB1R. Finally we observed whether intervention of the downstream target of the CB1R may alleviate neuropathic pain. Our findings provide new evidence of the role of CB1R in the development of neuropathic pain, and the downstream genes of CB1R may serve as therapeutic targets for neuropathic pain.
