MicroRNA microarray data of 1. leucine deprivation 2. ATF overexpression A total of 21,118 human microRNAs were assessed using the Affymetrix GeneChip. Among the altered microRNAs, 12 were found to be upregulated by leucine deprivation. Our analysis also indicated that 203 microRNAs were upregulated (log ratio > 0.6 compared with control, data not shown) under ATF4 overexpression (OX).
