6PPD Impairs Liver Growth Through Inflammatory Pathways

This project investigates the toxic effects of 6PPD exposure on zebrafish liver development. Zebrafish larvae were treated with 6PPD and compared with untreated controls to explore changes in the hepatic region. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and biological pathways. These data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of environmental chemical toxicity and contribute to the understanding of liver developmental toxicity in aquatic organisms.
