RNA-seq of BON-1 cells

BON-1 cells were co-cultured with different amounts of CAFs. BON-1 cells were then isolated from the co-culture system by flow cytometry. RNA-seq analyses were performed to examine the expression profile. BON-1 cells were isolated from the co-culture system by flow cytometry. Then total RNAs were subjected to RNA isolation and RNA-seq analyses were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
