The Impact of Global Health Outreach Experiences on Medical Student Burnout

This is the dataset for a study that measured burnout among medical students attending a global health outreach trip over spring break compared to students completing other spring break activities. Burnout was measured with the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory 1 week before, 1 week after, and 10 weeks after spring break. Additional factors such as age, gender, class in school, prior international healthcare experience, quantity of weekly leisure time, and religious or spiritual identity were assessed.
