We acutely depleted the BCL11A protein by using the dTAG PROTAC technology, and assessed its immediate consequences on chromatin accessibility by ATAC-seq,and compared this to changes in nascent transcription, DNA methylation, Protein expression and HIstone modification. Overall design: Examination of changes in chromatin accessibility that occur imminently upon depletion of the repressive transcription factor BCL11A in two clones.
