CHARACTERISTICS OF LOCAL BUDGET REVENUE BASE FORMATION

The article highlights the scientific and practical aspects of forming the revenue base of local budgets, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of local budget revenues and expenditures. The possibilities of ensuring the stability of local budget revenues through the rational use of the economic potential of regions and the efficient use of local budget expenditures are substantiated. Practical recommendations were developed based on the research findings.
