Site Data from an Archaeological Evaluation at Gnaton Farm, Creacombe Cross, Yealmpton, Devon 2017

This collection comprises site data (images, site record and CAD) from an archaeological evaluation of land at Gnaton Farm, Creacombe Cross, Yealmpton, Devon, In August and September 2017, undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology. A total of 24 trenches was excavated within the site.The evaluation recorded a single isolated cremation of possible Bronze Age date. Also recorded were a large number of ditches, most of which were concentrated in the north-western corner of the site. The majority of these ditches apparently represent former boundaries associated with the extant field system.
