Gold, Cobalt and Tantalum quantification performed with relative standardization-NAA in candidate electronic waste (PCB) reference material within the METROCYCLEEU project

Datasets containing uncertainty budgets of measurements performed with Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) on electronic waste materials (specifically printed circuit boards, PCB).

Results reported in the datasets are part of the characterization of CRM candidate material PCB.

Data are elaborated and resulting dataset files are obtained with INAA-INRIM 3.0 software, pre-release version.
