RNA-sequencing of control and senescent (7 day palbociclib) human melanoma SK-MEL-103 cells. Overall design: Senescence was induced in the human melanoma cell like SK-MEL-103 using the CDK4/6 inhibitor drug palbociclib (PD-0332991) for 7 days. RNA was harvested on day 7 of treatment, while cells were still exposed to palbociclib.
