Data and code for Certified instability-band topology and finite-amplitude scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross-Pitaevskii equation

This record provides the complete reproducibility archive for the manuscript “Certified instability-band topology and finite-amplitude scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii equation”. The archive contains interval-certified instability-band calculations, complete signed-phase quadratic and cubic tensors with residual tests, controlled finite-exit diagnostics, nonlinear band-transfer certificates, full-PDE simulations, convergence and robustness checks, higher-dimensional outputs, source data, and figure-generation scripts. It also includes the same Supplementary Figures S1–S5 compilation supplied to the journal as Online Resource 1.
