The glioma methionine-deficient tolerance cells U251-m were constructed, and the gene expression differences between them and the wild-type glioma cells U251 were analyzed by transcriptome sequencing.In addition, the methionine metabolism was inhibited by PF93366, an inhibitor of the methionine metabolism-related enzyme MAT2A, and transcriptome sequencing was performed on the two cells.
