This archive contains Python code used to perform the dynamical systems simulations and survival analyses for the manuscript “Biophysical Mechanisms of Tumor Reversion: A Dynamical Systems Model and In Silico Clinical Evaluation of Membrane Potential Prognostics. The main script generate_all_figures_and_survival_outputs.py reads the processed TCGA-GBM and TCGA-PAAD tables from the companion data archive and reproduces the phase-space plots, membrane potential trajectories, Cox proportional hazards models, and Kaplan–Meier survival curves shown in Figures 1 and 2. A README_code.txt file describes the Python environment (see requirements.txt) and provides instructions for running the full analysis pipeline.
