Investigating the effects of Bdh1 deletion on acetylation of lysine 27 on histone 3 (H3K27ac) in CD8+ T cells 24 h post-activation with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies Control (wt) or Bdh1-knockout (Bdh1KO) CD8+ T cells were activated for 24 h with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies. Nuclei were isolated from activated T cells for chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq).
