Identification of differentially expressed genes in skeletal muscle endothelial cells during distal tumor growth

To investigate whether muscle ECs contribute muscle atrophy, we investigated differentially expressed genes in muscle ECs from tumor bearing mice dependent on tumor growth compared with control mice by bulk RNAseq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two different groups at four time points (0, 1-, 2-, or 3- weeks). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for skeletal muscle ECs from control and tumor bearing mice.
