Four modified IEEE test systems are presented here. Data are presented in the include file format of GAMS. A GAMS model of security-constrained unit commitment is provided as well.The wind power data available from Pan-Canadian Wind Integration Study is introduced, and how we use these data to perform the numerical experiments in the paper "Addressing the Conditional and Correlated Wind Power Forecast Errors in Unit Commitment by Distributionally Robust Optimization" is described.
