The folders are structured as follows: ‘Charts’ contains an excel file, with sheets separated by figure all the datapoints presented in all boxplots presented in the figures. ‘Calcium imaging’ contains the raw fluorescence values for the traces presented in the figures, along with the accompanying R scripts used for analysis. ‘Single Cell RNAseq’ contains the metadata and analysis scripts for the single-cell RNA sequencing data presented in this paper.
