Dataset: Dynamic Simulations and Frustration Analysis of T. maritima and M. tuberculosis Encapsulins

This submission contains data from dynamic simulations of two types of encapsulins: Thermotoga maritima and Mycobacterium tuberculosis encapsulins (simulations performed by Diego Gauto). It also includes the results obtained with the Frustratometer tool using these simulation data, as well as the generated dataframes used to organize these results. These dataframes can be directly employed to create visualizations with the FrustraEvo tool, available at: https://github.com/HomeroSanchezM/FrustraMotion
