tedsim_lineage

This dataset is based on TedSim simulated data :cite:pan:22. TedSim simulates cell division events from root cell to present-day cells, simultaneously generating two data modalities for each cell, gene expression and a lineage barcode. Here the early and late time points relate to depth 8 and 12 accordingly in the simulated tree. The :attr:anndata.AnnData.X entry is based on reprocessing of the counts data consisting of :meth:scanpy.pp.normalize_total and :meth:scanpy.pp.log1p. `.obsm["barcodes"]' contains the simulated barcode array per cell
