Simulated foodborne outbreak data

This project holds simulated raw reads for use in validating WGS pathogen clustering methods (i.e. SNP pipelines or wgMLST). Data deposited here are the result of a multi-agency collaboration (FDA, CDC, NCBI, and USDA) to set WGS standards.
