The transcriptome of the small intestine in mice with acute pancreatitis (AP)

Acute pancreatitis (AP) was induced in eight-week-old male C57BL/6 mice through retrograde injection of taurocholate acid (TCA). Following a 24-hour period, the duodenal segment was meticulously cleaned and isolated for RNA-sequencing analysis. The vehicle group underwent sham surgical operations and served as the healthy control (HC) group.
