MucOneUp MUC1-VNTR Benchmarking Dataset — Record 2: Tool Outputs and Analysis Results

Genotyping tool outputs and processed analysis results from the MucOneUp MUC1-VNTR benchmarking study. Six tool/mode combinations evaluated on the simulated reads from Record 1: VNtyper 2 Fast, Normal, adVNTR, and SHARK modes (Illumina; pinned Docker digest saei/vntyper@sha256:7b085a882a07a733c8e18a927f5d0c721b26c846dad6cccd0c6cbaca9a186c3e), VNTRPipeline 2.0 (ONT), and open-pacmuci 0.8.0 (PacBio + ONT). Includes the master results table (3,220 rows), per-mutation sensitivity metrics with Wilson confidence intervals, coverage titration metrics, frameshift/toxic-ORF predictions, and publication figures (S1–S5 as PNG+SVG).
