Metatranscriptomes of denitrifying biofilm samples of a recirculating bioreactor

A methanol-fed, marine denitrification reactor operated under sequential batch mode with recirculation were subjected to different carbon (methanol) nitrogen (nitrate) ratios (C/N) and run for 31 weeks.
