PAGD Evacuation Points
收藏资源简介:
• Population collection points are places to gather residents. They will be registered and boarded there and transported to safe areas in an organised, protected and maintained transport column. Specific population collection sites in the municipality are predefined in the municipal emergency management plan, but do not mean that everyone will only have to evacuate through reception points. Residents with the ability to evacuate by their own transport will be able to do so on their own. Intermediate evacuation points for residents shall not always be established, but only when residents are evacuated from an area contaminated with chemical or radiological substances, when contamination of the evacuating population needs to be checked and existing pollution eliminated (sanitary cleansing). The intermediate evacuation points of residents shall check chemical or radiological contamination of the inhabitants brought from the contaminated territory, where necessary, carry out sanitary cleansing, transfer them to clean (unpolluted) vehicles and send them to the reception points of the inhabitants. If residents are evacuated from unpolluted areas, the evacuation movement goes straight to reception points. “Population reception points” means places where residents arrive by own or municipal transport. They will be greeted there, divided into groups and escorted to accommodation temporarily provided to them. They will provide vital services in an organised manner: food, drinking water, medicines, hygiene supplies, clean clothing. The provision of these and other essential services and distribution of the humanitarian aid received will be organised by the evacuation and reception commission of the residents of the municipality (to which people are evacuated). Services provided to residents at evacuation (collection, reception) points: 1. food security, drinking water 2. provision of medicinal products 3. supply of clean clothing 4. First and Emergency Medicine 5. psychological and social assistance 6. ensuring public order 7. the possibility of informing relatives and relatives of their whereabouts. Data is expected to be updated every time data updates Information system of the State Fire and Rescue Service.
