P4M3 Small airway - miRNA [Processed]

This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where Human organotypic small airway cultures were exposed at the air-liquid interface to cigarette smoke and aerosols of different formulations of electronic cigarettes, namely "Classic tobacco" (flavours, nicotine, humectants), "Base" (nicotine, humectants), and "Carrier" (humectants). Measurement of the global changes of miRNA levels of the tissue inserts’ using miRNA arrays version 4.0 (Affymetrix) in a GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 645 (Affymetrix). This dataset includes descriptive statistics at the group level.
