Data for Enhancing Air Pollution Forecasts in Cities by Characterizing the Urban Heat Island Effects on Planetary Boundary Layers

This dataset includes the simulation results from the published paper titled "Enhancing Air Pollution Forecasts in Cities by Characterizing the Urban Heat Island Effects on Planetary Boundary Layers" by Matak and Momen (2025). The dataset contains outputs from the control run as well as all sensitivity runs conducted for the months of July 2019 and June 2020. Additionally, it includes some post-processing scripts used to extract the data and generate air quality time series plots shown in the paper.
