Human Embryonic Stem Cell-Derived Retinal Organoid Early Differentiation Imaging Dataset

This multimodal time-series imaging dataset captures the early differentiation of human embryonic stem cell (hESC)–derived retinal organoids. It includes images documenting morphological development from Day 6 to Day 30 (post-seeding of the hESC suspension), acquired from 384 parallel-cultured cellular aggregates. Bright-field images are provided via the repository link; volumetric optical coherence tomography (OCT) data—owing to their large size—are accessible through an external link.
