An Ensemble Kalman Smoother for Online Paleoclimate Data Assimilation

The Data directory contains the prior simulations (prior), surrogate models (model), and proxy datasets (proxy) described in Section 3. The Assim_output_Smoother directory contains the climate reconstructions of monthly SAT and SST from the PPEs and real proxy experiments. The Code directory contains the source code used to reproduce the results of the various data assimilation (DA) methods in the pseudoproxy experiments (PPEs) and real proxy experiments described in Section 4. Refer to README.md for step-by-step instructions on reproducing the IHEnKF and IHEnKS experiments.
