Mitchell, Cin-Ty A. Lee, Chuan-Zhou Liu. The folder "MCMC_code" includes the C++ code for the MCMC implementation. Boost (https://www.boost.org/users/history/version_1_78_0.html) and GSL (https://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/) are required for the current project. The folder "sample_data" contains microstructure data used by MCMC code. Please don't change anything in this folder. The folder "mcmc_output" contains output files generated by MCMC code. Please don't change anything in this folder. The folder "plot_sample_fit" contains MATLAB scripts to plot fits to microstructure data.
