CATASTRO — Specialty coffee registry

CATASTRO (catastro.coffee) is an open, structured registry of single-origin specialty coffees and of the farms, producers, organizations, lots and roasters behind them. It archives the information that roasters, exporters and producers publish about their coffees, which usually disappears once a coffee sells out. Every value records who published it, in what capacity and when. This monthly release contains every published record as of October 2026: one complete JSON file, with the source of every value, and one flat CSV per record type (coffees, lots, farms, producers, roasters, organizations), linked by id. Licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL 1.0). Attribution: "Data: © Colaboradores de CATASTRO, catastro.coffee, under ODbL". Precise farm coordinates are never included. Removal requests can be sent through catastro.coffee.
