ChiP-seq has been carried out in order to evaluate SMAD2/3 target genes after TGFb treatment in PANC-1 cells. Overall design: To assess the global SMAD2/3 in PANC-1 cells in the context of TGFb, we performed ChIP-seq in cells treated with TGFb (5nM) for 1 h. The experiment was performed using two biological replicates for SMAD2/3 ChIP samples and one single replicate for the input sample.
