Model output from associated scenario runs

The associated data files include model outputs for the main propagation strategies described by Rooney-Varga et al. (https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-3186333/v1). They focus on word-of-mouth alone (Baseline.vdfx); word-of-mouth with active outreach for either four or fifteen years (S1a WO TfO=4.vdfx and S1b WO TfO=15.vdfx, respectively); word-of-mouth with community-based propagation and outreach for four or fifteen years (S2a WO TfO TfAA=4.vdfx and S2b WO TfO TfAA=15.vdfx, respectively); or word-of-mouth with community-based propagation alone for four or fifteen years (S3a WO TfO=0 TfAA=4.vdfx and S3b WO TfO=0 TfAA=15.vdfx, respectively). <br>
