A genome-wide sequencing of the strain was undertaken to gain insights into its genomic characteristics and functional annotation. This research aimed to elucidate the mechanism of lignin degradation and salinity tolerance of the strain, contributing to our national research on the efficient use of lignin in saline and alkaline areas. The results of this study will provide effective solutions for the efficient use of lignin in saline and alkaline areas in our country, and will contribute to the advancement of environmental governance.
