This program aims to investigate the role of CD4<sup>+</sup> T cell in chronic colitis model. Total immune cells were sorted from the colonic pathces of Rag1<sup>-/-</sup> mice which received naive CD4<sup>+</sup> T cells after 4 weeks for Single-cell RNA-seq processing.
