FPA - All Harvest by Classification

This layer represents Forest Practices Application/Notification (FPA/N) harvest unit boundaries, and associated FPA/N, Office Checklist and stakeholder tabular data of active FPA/Ns. An FPA/N may include harvest activity, forest road activity and aerial chemical spray activity, however, this layer only includes unit boundaries for timber harvest and salvage sites. FPA/N harvest unit polygons are captured from FPA/N Activity Maps. Attribute data is captured from the FPA/N and associated documents, and may be compiled from many sources. From July 1996 through October 2002, FPSPOLY data was collected in Oracle using the Mapping and Planning System (MAPS). From October 28, 2002 to July 10, 2009, data was collected in Oracle using the Forest Practices Application Review System (FPARS). From July 13, 2009, to the present data is collected in dotNET using FPARSv3.本图层代表森林作业申请/通知（Forest Practices Application/Notification，FPA/N）的采伐单元边界，以及针对有效FPA/N的关联FPA/N、办公核查清单与利益相关方表格数据。FPA/N可涵盖采伐作业、林道作业与航空化学喷施作业，但本图层仅包含木材采伐与灾损采伐场地的单元边界。FPA/N采伐单元的面状要素采集自FPA/N作业图。属性数据采集自FPA/N及关联文档，可由多源数据整合而成。1996年7月至2002年10月期间，FPSPOLY数据通过制图与规划系统（Mapping and Planning System，MAPS）在Oracle数据库中完成采集。2002年10月28日至2009年7月10日期间，数据通过森林作业申请审核系统（Forest Practices Application Review System，FPARS）在Oracle数据库中完成采集。自2009年7月13日起至今，数据通过FPARSv3在dotNET平台中完成采集。
