Based on systems engineering, just-in-time production and project management theories, a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)-centric collaborative management platform is built, which enables vertical and horizontal linkage across core business domains including full-cycle design, procurement and construction. It realizes comprehensive integration of the business dimension and management dimension of digital construction for construction enterprises based on WBS, and forms a WBS rule configuration center.
