A Randomized, Double-Blind Controlled Trial of Retrograde Colonic Enema Based Fecal Microbiota Transplantation in the Treatment of Childhood Constipation

The files contain three tables and two figures. Figure 1 is a picture that BOX-PCR based DNA fingerprints revealed the composition and diversity of fecal microbiota in donors and participants who received their individual intervention. Cases I and II were from the FMT with RCE group; cases III and IV were from the placebo with RCE group.
