Identification of telomerase RNA in plants

This project represents a selection of land plants in which the telomerase RNA subunit was either identified or predicted in the transcriptomic NGS data. The total RNA was extracted by TRI-REAGENT (MRC). Ribosomal RNA was depleted using Ribo-Zero (Plant) kit (Illumina). RNAseq libraries were prepared using NEBNEXT Ultra II RNA Directional Kit (NEB). Raw reads were assembled in TRINITY.
