Identification of different murine Astrovirus strains under laboratory and outdoor conditions

We use Oxford Nanopore sequencing to identify the different murine Astrovirus strains present in laboratory mice and those released into an outdoor enclosure, as well as determine any potential contamination with other eukaryotic viruses.
