武汉场地植物重金属、多环芳烃数据（2021）

武汉青江化工股份有限公司原场地植物体内重金属和多环芳烃类污染物的浓度，用于研究武汉化工厂场地内土壤污染对植物的影响。多环芳烃依据《食品中苯并（a）芘的测定》（GB 5009.27-2016）使用液相色谱仪测试完成，镉、镍、铅、砷、铜、锌依据《食品安全国家标准 食品中多元素的测定》（GB 5009.27-2016）使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测试完成。Concentrations of heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in plants sampled from the former site of Wuhan Qingjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. This dataset is used to investigate the impact of soil pollution on plants in the former chemical plant site of Wuhan. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were tested via liquid chromatography in accordance with the National Food Safety Standard of China "Determination of Benzo(a)pyrene in Foods" (GB 5009.27-2016). Cadmium (Cd), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), arsenic (As), copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) were tested via inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in accordance with the National Food Safety Standard of China "Determination of Multi-elements in Foods" (GB 5009.27-2016).
