This package provides the data and code for replicating all the results of the paper "Asymmetric Wage and Employment Dynamics in Segmented Labour Markets". * Software Requirements and setting up the environment ------------------------------------------------------ 1. STATA 18 2. MATLAB 2024b 3. Dynare 4.4.3 All the figures and model results are generated using MATLAB R2024b and Dynare 4.4.3, while the empirical business cycle moments are obtained using STATA 18. * Structure of the replication package -------------------------------------- The replication package has 2 major folders: 1. STATA: Contains do files to generate the empirical business cycle moments. 2. MATLAB: Contains 3 subfolders: Data, Bizcycle, Ramsey - to generate data plots, model business cycle results, and Ramsey results respectively.
