This study investigates the effects of 2,3,5,4′-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (THSG) on gene expression changes in C2C12 myotubes under dexamethasone-induced muscle atrophy conditions. Using RNA-seq, we identified transcriptomic alterations associated with THSG treatment, aiming to elucidate its potential protective role against muscle atrophy. C2C12 myotubes were treated with vehicle (control), dexamethasone (50 µM), or dexamethasone (50 µM) plus THSG (10 µM) for 24 hours.
